Payment from Belgium
After receiving your registration you will receive a request for payment with all further details.
Your registration is only valid after the full amount of the course has been deposited to our

May we ask you to mention the course application number on your payment.
After we received your payment you will receive an invoice as confirmation of your registration.

COURS PRICES
full pension
includes all costs of accomodation, meals, course materials, scores and faculty (unless otherwise specified).

non-resident
includes all costs except accommodation and meals.

DISCOUNTS
for the second registration in a family: 12 euro discount; for each member thereafter, 18 euro discount (discounts apply only to those under 26).

INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
At least three weeks before the beginning of the course, each participant will receive the following information: a list of participants, practical considerations, a map and specific questions from the course leaders (where applicable). At this time music must be prepared will be sent.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation by musica
The whole amount of the course payment will be reimbursed.

Cancellation by the participant
The participant is insured against cancellation of the course due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, accidents, etc.). In the event of such a valid cancellation, the course payment will be reimbursed minus 19 euro for the insurance premium and the administration costs. For all other cancellations, the following rules apply:

less than 2 weeks	no reimbursement

Cancellation must take place in writing.

INSURANCE
course participants
are insured against damages caused by a third party (BA) and have limited insurance against bodily injury.

instruments
instruments are not insured by Musica during the courses. Musica can in no way be held responsible for damage to instruments.
