Babelut Workshops

For babies, toddlers and preschoolers, music is one big experiment. To respond to this, Musica organises workshops in which you as a parent or carer enter into a musical dialogue with your child, discovering all about the sound of voice and body. The music teacher guides you and ensures that spontaneity and play are central.

You can book the workshops as a one-off activity or in a series of 3 or 4 sessions. Both individuals and sociocultural organisations, schools and training courses are welcome.

How much does it cost? Our base price is 350 euros for a half-day (incl. transport), with a maximum of 3 workshops per half-day.

KOKOON

Experience music with all your senses

Be immersed in music together with your baby? Get carried away in this warm, soft cocoon of delightful sounds, where music and sensory experiences merge.

For whom

Babies aged 3-9 months or 9-18 months.

KADANS

Feel music with your whole body

Everyone has their own way of combining sound and movement. Toddlers and preschoolers are invited to move to the beat and melody during this workshop. With our voices we express the movements, from stepppping to a heavy BOINNGG.

For whom

Little ones from 18 months to 3rd kindergarten class.

STUIFKLANK

Make music with the world around you

Sounds are everywhere: in the forest, in your classroom, even in the dustbin… everything makes a sound if you listen carefully. With all these sounds, we compose a fantastic new piece of music together. You will all become a member of the big sound orchestra!

For whom

Children from 2nd and 3rd kindergarten and 1st grade primary school.

KIEM

The little note that sprouts

Music is alive! And KIEM is a workshop in which music comes to life. Enchanting stories full of colourful sounds sprout from a musical seed. The children respond with their whole bodies and actively participate with instruments or other materials.

For whom

Babies and toddlers aged 0 to 3 years (at selective locations also preschoolers aged 3 to 6 years).
