This educational programme at UGent and HOGent is unique in the world. Musica is a co-founder, and as a regional hub for Limburg we make an inventory of local social music projects. This creates a dynamic exchange of potential and viableresearch projects that can be included in the programme.

Multimodal Participatory Project

A multimodal project during Klarafestival’s Walden  covering the four themes of inclusion: gender/gender identity, ethnicity, socio-economic background and the audience. The participating artists have complete creative freedom to develop new and surprising presentation formats.

Children and young people are introduced to musical traditions and their contemporary approaches by a musical ensemble. Making music together is the special sauce that connects creativity, philosophy and diversity. Only healthy food is served during the holiday. Babelut Parcours is a musical journey for children aged 0-5 and their supervisors. International artists and musicians take the audience on a journey for all senses, jam-packed with musical theatre, sound installations and musical interactions.

Publications Curating Diversity
