Welcome to SenseSquared!

Our Erasmus+ project SenseSquared is introduced to the world with a beautiful new website. Together with 6 European partners we will organize three years of artistic projects and workshops around the question: how can a sensitive approach and an artistic attitude in education contribute to a connected and sustainable world?

SenseSquared wants to show that an artistic attitude can offer new and surprising perspectives in education, and by extension in any educational environment. Not only does art provide great pleasure and satisfaction, an artistic practice has a profound and lasting impact on every person. Moreover, it has been proven to be beneficial to the learning process.

Through SenseSquared, we strive to provide hands-on tools and exercises that can be easily and quickly embedded in any learning environment. The partners who join us at the table are not the least of these: Companhia de Música Teatral (PT), Marres House for Contemporary Culture (NL), Sisters Hope (DK), Stavanger University (NO) and Maastricht University (NL).

For the visual identity of the project, a striking work was developed by Belgian artist Stefaan Beeckaert.
