Every song has a colour, every colour a song.
Everything in your life seems blue, until one day you discover all those other wonderfully beautiful colours.
In this musical performance, Farnoosh Khodadadeh and Seraphine Stragier take you on a journey through colours and sounds. They tell the story of two worlds that slowly get to know one another and, together, become something new. As the music grows and takes on colour, a place unfolds before your eyes that becomes ever richer, warmer and more colourful: an enchanting world of sounds and colours.
Farnoosh, who has Iranian roots herself, draws on the rich tradition of Persian music. Seraphine adds songs from our own region to that universe. Together, they create a varied palette of sounds – sometimes from a stringed instrument, sometimes from the voice or percussion. Colour by colour, note by note.
