The universe is beautiful and there is much to discover.
Between the stars you can see dust, gas, ice and moons floating,
but listen, there is also something to hear in that space…
Wim Henderickx was a composer for whom the world was too small. He gazed at distant horizons, stared at stars and planets, and wrote music inspired by earth, fire, air, and water.
Using his music as a starting point, Helene Bracke created a performance for the very youngest, taking you on a journey through the universe. Stars and planets pass by, each with their own character, colour and temperament.
Two percussionists and a singer perform for, between and with the audience, inviting you on a journey through stardust, fiery celestial bodies, watery worlds and a booming sun.
