On Thursday 30 May 2024, Musica Impulse Centre has a try-out planned with Julie Michael, a talented violinist who will present a new, interactive version of her ‘Pizzicato’. Pizzicato offers a mini-concert that actively engages young listeners and allows them to experiment together with the musician. The first grade of the Jaak Tassetschool from Pelt will take part in this unique experience, where children will get to discover the viola in a completely different way.
The try-out is part of Julie’s five-day residency at Musica. With the help and coaching of Musica, Julie will rework her original composition into an engaging and interactive performance, where children can get to work themselves with a specially designed stringed instrument.
